Jodine Adams, Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Wells, will be updating members on the impact of the new flood maps on shoreland zoning and building restrictions. Jodine will answer questions regarding the impact on homeowner’s new options for renovations, improvements and repairs due to storm damage.
Bob Foley, SOS Maine President, will discuss new flood insurance rates and requirements. The new flood maps will be available for viewing.
